At our 100,000 square foot plant located in downtown Louisville, we manufacture nails, brads, and escutcheon pins. We’re experts at making those hard to find items you can’t get anywhere else. Basically, any specialized or custom nail you want, we can make it.
Products & Services
The following is a more detailed description of the products we can make for you:

Metals – We work with aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and bright basic (carbon steel) each and every day.
•
Type – We make a wide range of different types of nails, such as cedar fence, common, deck, finish, gutter spikes, roofing, siding, trim, and wood siding.
•
Plating, Coatings – We can plate anything in zinc, brass, or copper. In addition, we can blue or cement coat all of our products.
•
Painting – We have over 100 colors so we can paint our stainless steel and aluminum trim nails to match the different manufacturers
•
Size – The length of our products range from a 1⁄4 inch to 9 inches, and the diameter varies from 0.035 (20 gauge) to 0.240 in thickness.
•
Shank – There are three basic shanks – plain, ring, and screw. We make all three.
•
Point – Normally, we make nails with a 40 degree diamond point. Interested in a duck bill or pointless nail? No problem. Give us the specs and the nail is yours.
